• Once you've submitted your request, our team will triage your child. To help us best assess your child's needs, please provide as much information as possible on the form.

• Due to the extensive wait times, we are unable to provide estimated wait times for an appointment with our Occupational Therapists. Please be assured that we will contact you as soon as there is an appointment available, we will also check in regularly to make sure you are still wanting to be on our waiting list.

• We offer a variety of appointment options, including clinic appointments, online appointments, school visits, childcare visits, & home appointments. 

​

• We also offer one on one consultation appointments for parents to answer any questions while you are waiting for a regular appointment, there is an checkbox for this option on the waiting list request form. Please check this if you are interested in this.

• Please be advised that 4pm appointments are exclusively reserved for our current clients, and not available to clients on the waiting list.
